REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
1. Original Passport (should be valid for at least 6 months)
2. Photocopies of all previous passports. (First 3 pages and all used pages)
3. Copy of CNIC on A4 paper.
4: Family Registration Certificate issued by NADRA.
5. 4 pictures,size (45mm*35mm) with white background. (Picture should not be in black dress and hair should not be covered)
6. Account maintenance certificate. (Signed and stamped by the bank manager, personal and business both if applicable)
7. Last six months bank statement, duly signed and stamped by the bank manager.
8: National Tax Number Certificate. (or proof of exemption, if applicable)
FOR BUSINESS OWNER
Certificate of registration of the company.
9. Request letter stating intention of visit. Has to be signed and stamped. (For business owners: on company letterhead)
FOR RETIRED PERSON:
Retirement letter copy and
Last six months pension slips.
10. FOR EMPLOYEES:
Employment letter.
Pay slips for the last 3 months.
Approval for the leave of absence. (NOC)
11: FOR STUDENTS:
Affidavit for financial support.
Student card or letter.
Permission from mother / father if they are not traveling.
12: FOR HOUSEWIVES:
Current passport
Old passport copies
Pictures
CNIC copy
FRC
Sponsor letter and financial proof.
