Block 40, Street 51
Sector F-11/3
Islamabad, Pakistan
You are welcome to come to the office, and we would rather you did before paying anything. Telephone first so that the person handling your file is there when you arrive.
When somebody will actually reply.
Business hours are Pakistan time, UTC plus five.
WhatsApp, any time
Message at any hour. We reply during business hours in Pakistan.
Telephone, during the working day
A person answers. If it rings out, send a WhatsApp message on the same number.
Visiting the office
Telephone before you come, and we will tell you when the person you need is in.
We do not publish an email address on this website.
Start on WhatsApp or the telephone. Quotations, confirmations and visa papers are sent by the person handling your booking.
Finding the office.
Give a driver the sector and the street: F-11/3, Street 51.
- Ask for F-11/3 specifically, not F-11. There are four subsectors.
- Coming from Rawalpindi or the motorway? Ring when you are close.
- You do not need to come to the office. Everything can be done on WhatsApp.
- Departures leave from Lahore as well as Islamabad.
What to have ready when you get in touch.
None of it is required to ask a question. It is what turns the first message into a real answer rather than three days of back and forth.
For a group tour
- Where you want to go, or the two or three places you are choosing between.
- Roughly when, and whether the dates can move. Fixed departures leave on set dates and the one nearest to you may be the deciding factor.
- How many people are travelling, and whether that includes children or anyone elderly.
- Whether the passports are in hand and valid, and whether anyone in the party has been refused a visa before. Tell us that early. It changes how the file is prepared and it is not something to discover at the desk.
Before you send documents
- Do not send passport scans, bank statements or family documents with your first message. Nobody here needs them to answer a question about a price or a date.
- When your booking reaches the stage where the visa file is prepared, we will tell you exactly which documents are needed and why each one is on the list.
- Anything we hold is receipted, and we tell you where your passport is for as long as we have it.
What we collect, who it is shared with and how to ask us to delete it is set out on the privacy page.
Companies, institutions and missions.
Same office, same telephone, different first conversation.
Companies and organised groups
If you are arranging travel for a team, a delegation or a member group, the terms, the invoicing and the way a group booking is held are set out for you on the page for companies and groups.
If you need a document from us before you book, a letter, an invoice or anything for a visa file, ask for it here first. We will tell you in writing what we can provide and what we cannot, rather than leaving you to find out later.
